How to rotate and reorder PDF pages
Fix sideways scans, drop the blank sheets, and put exhibits in the right sequence before you send anything.
Open Organize PDF- 01
Open Organize PDF (or Rotate PDF if every page is sideways).

Drag thumbnails into order or use their arrow buttons, then delete the pages that do not belong.

Download the clean file, then compress if you still need it smaller.
A “messy PDF” is usually three problems: rotation, extras, and order. Correct rotation first, then reorder and remove pages before compressing the result.
Rotate first when the whole file is sideways
Rotate PDF turns every page together. If only a few pages are sideways, split them out, rotate them, merge them back, then use Organize for thumbnail drag-and-drop, arrow reordering, and deletion.
Delete blank backs
Duplex scans love empty even pages. Dropping them is the highest-leverage size cut you will get all day.
