How to sign a PDF without Adobe, printing, or an account

This is a stamp, not a certificate
A drawn signature on a page is how most internal forms actually get signed. It is not a qualified electronic signature. For a lease or a stock grant, use a real signing platform. For the other 90% of “sign here,” it is enough.
Save the signed copy first
The failure mode on phones is losing the file inside a mail thread. Download, then share from Files or Explorer — not from the composer.
